Finding Books
One of the best things that you can do you to improve your reading is to read- A LOT. It's also to pick books that are just right for you. Here are a few resources for finding books that match your reading level and your interests!

Scholastic Book Wizard
You can do three things with the Scholastic Book Wizard
1. Find out the reading level of a book that you know the name of
- use the first tab "Search for all books" and write the name of the book in the search box
(you can also search authors, or if you only know part of the title it can find the book for you anyway)
2. Search for books that are similar to the ones you like
- use the second tab "Search for similar books" and type the book you've read into the search box
- on the next screen are recommendations. You can also adjust the reading level harder or easier if you need to
3. Search for books on your reading level
- use the third tab "Search by reading level"
- Select "Guided Reading" and use the drop down menus to pick the letter of your reading level
- Browse the selections

Ask your friends for recommendations
Ask a librarian (public or school library)
Go out on a limb and try something new! If you don't like it, return it!
